## Booking a strategy session

Most engagements begin with a strategy session: a focused conversation about the decision you are facing, the constraints around it, and what would need to be true for you to move forward with confidence. There is no obligation beyond that conversation.

To help us prepare, it is useful to include a few things in your first email:

- The decision or change you are considering, in a sentence or two
- Who is involved and who owns the outcome
- Any deadlines, budgets or constraints already in place
- What you have tried or evaluated so far

## What we help with

Decision strategy for leadership teams facing consequential investment or change. Product strategy for teams shaping or improving a product. AI integration for organisations deciding where AI genuinely belongs. Systems design for organisations whose people, processes and technology have drifted apart.

If your question is outside that scope, say so anyway. We will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit, and point you elsewhere if we are not.
