Start with one challenge
A process that keeps slowing people down, a product that needs improving or an AI idea that needs proving. Our first conversation explores the problem, the constraints and what a useful outcome would look like. There is no obligation beyond that conversation.
In your first email, it helps to include:
- What is getting stuck, and who it affects
- What you would like to improve and who owns the outcome
- Any deadlines, budgets, systems or other constraints
- What you have tried so far
What happens next
If there is a fit, we agree a focused starting point: the problem to address, the evidence needed and a practical test. The scope, responsibilities and measures of success are agreed before delivery begins.
We bring strategy, product design, software and AI together as the problem requires, working with your team through building, adoption and improvement. If your challenge is outside our scope, we will tell you plainly.
